About This Plot

This is 3- Cremation Niches at East Lawn Cemetery in the Niche Garden. When my parents died I bought them niches at a cemetery on the west side of town. As I was going home to my home on the Eastside, I stopped and checked out getting a niche at East Lawn. It would be closer and then I could visit them no matter where I was. I bought 3 niches. Over time I decided I didn't need two sets of niches and decided to sell my East Lawn niches. I will sell 1,2, or all 3. They will be $4000 each if you buy all 3 and I will pay the Cemetery fee to transfer them and do a name change. That costs $500 each. If you only want 1,or 2 niches, they are $4500 each plus the transfer fees. You're getting the niche and installation of cremains and a brass plaque, an urn to put the cremains and an opening and closing of the Niche. You are not getting a cremation or any services (religious). That's something you have to determine who does it and buy. East Lawn does Cremations if you want to choose them. This is the soothing beautifully landscaped niche Garden near the office and Mortuary. They are at a nice height and central location. Very visible. Premium location! You can visit the garden and see the 3 available niches. $12,000 Call Matt at 520-907-8975. As of June 2026, I verified all this information to make sure it is accurate. I was told by someone who checked it out that $4000 each was about $1400 each cheaper than if they bought them direct. If that is true, that means you would save about $4200+ total buying from me.
