About This Plot

Two side by side single crypts at Greenwood Memory Lawn Mortuary & Cemetery. They are in the highly desirable Encanto Mausoleum, circled on the property map, on the East Acacia Wall. Specific crypts are circled on the wall diagram. One crypt, #304, has never been used; #305 held my grandmother from 1960 until 1980, when she was moved to Valley of the Sun in Chandler. MSRP for these crypts are $12,995 each. The transfer fee is $695 per transaction, so it would be paid one time if the pair are purchased. As of February, 2026, the open / close fee is $2,395 for each crypt.
