About This Plot

Up to 8 plots. One deed transfer fee of $500 + 1x $200 perpetual maintenance fee per plot. If all 8 purchased, I will contribute $250 to deed transfer fee. Will sell less than all 8, but price per plot will increase. Reasonable offers will be considered. Today (August 2026), these plots sell for $3750 at cemetery. You save $1550 per plot + tax. Even if you don't need all 8, this can be a great investment. Plot price in 2021 was $1450, now $3750. An increase of $2300 in 4 years (about 150%)!
