About This Plot

$16,000 - 2 Dbl-Depth plots $9,000 - 1 Dbl Depth plot $295 Title Deed Transfer Fee (Paid by Buyer) La Vista advised each plot can be used as single or double depth--or each for 1-4 cremation urns Sadly enough, sometimes an entire family can be lost in a single accident at one time. Purchasing both side-by-side plots would allow the family to all rest in peace together. May wish to purchase for pre-need planning for you/family. Sale of the plots only. Any/all additional fees for burial at the site will be paid by Buyer and coordinated through the La Vista Memorial Office. I hold the Title Deed on both plots. Buyer and Seller will, in person, conduct Transfer of Deed for 1, or Both Plots, at La Vista Memorial through their office. Buyer will cover the $295 Transfer Fee for the Title Deed. I have relocated to Northern California and will not be using the Plots.
